This consent is given by a separate action: by ticking the box next to the statement below when creating an account. The box is not pre-ticked. Without ticking it the account cannot be created.

The words "processing of my personal data" and "Privacy Policy" are active links to this document and to the Privacy Policy respectively. The fact of consent is recorded with the date, time and account identifier.
By giving this consent, I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to Individual Entrepreneur SRM GROUP (the "Operator") to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

2.1. The consent is given in the App by the holder of the account, who is identified by the account data: the name entered in the profile and the e-mail address confirmed at registration. These data allow the Operator to establish which data subject gave the consent and when.
2.2. The date, time and account identifier of the consent are recorded in the Operator’s systems.
3.1. Name, e-mail address, phone number and other details I enter in my profile.
3.2. Data on my activity in the App: tasks, checklists, meetings, notes, personal statistics and income figures I record.
3.3. Technical data collected automatically: approximate location, device identifiers, the push notification token of the device, device and operating system information, crash logs and usage events.
3.4. Payment card details are not covered by this consent and are not processed by the Operator. Payments are handled by a third-party payment service provider.
4.1. Creating and maintaining my account and providing the functionality of the App.
4.2. Authentication, including sending a one-time code to my e-mail address, and support.
4.3. Sending service notifications relating to my account and my subscription.
4.4. Ensuring the App works correctly, diagnosing errors and improving the product.
4.5. Administering the subscription, including the trial period and its expiry.
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, amendment, retrieval, use, transfer to the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data, by automated and non-automated means.
6.1. I am informed that the infrastructure and hosting of the App are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, and that the service providers engaged by the Operator, including Google LLC and Resend, Inc., are established in the United States. My data are therefore transferred across borders.
6.2. I consent to such cross-border transfer, including transfer to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, for the purposes set out in Section 4. Under Article 16(3)(1) of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V, the consent of the data subject is one of the grounds on which personal data may be transferred to a foreign state, including a state that does not ensure the protection of personal data.
7.1. I understand that the App allows me to record contact details of my own clients and partners.
7.2. I confirm that I enter such data at my own initiative, that I determine the purposes for which I use them, and that I am responsible for having a lawful basis for entering and using them, including obtaining consent from those individuals where this is required by applicable law.
7.3. I understand that in respect of such data the Operator acts on my instructions and processes them only to provide the functionality of the App to me.
8.1. The Operator does not publish my personal data in publicly available sources and does not make them freely accessible to an unlimited number of persons.
8.2. Data that I choose to enter into the App are visible only to me in my account, except for the transfers to service providers described in Section 6 and in the Privacy Policy.
9.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing set out in Section 4 are achieved, or until it is withdrawn, whichever occurs first. The term of the consent does not exceed the period necessary to achieve those purposes.
9.2. I may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting my account in the App (Profile, Settings, Delete Account), by using the support page at https://ninetydayplan.org/support, or by sending a request to ninetydayplan.app@gmail.com.
9.3. Under Article 8(7) of Law No. 94-V, within fifteen working days of receiving the withdrawal the Operator terminates the processing of my personal data, unless their storage or processing is required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or provides a reasoned refusal. Data that the Operator is required to retain by law, or that are necessary to prevent fraud or to resolve disputes, are retained only for the period required and are then deleted.
9.4. Withdrawal of consent makes it impossible to continue using the App, since the processing of the data listed in Section 3 is necessary to provide its functionality.
9.5. If I have an active subscription, it must be cancelled separately, as described in the Terms of Use.
